  1. Taco salad for noon meal, with at least half of it to bring home for tomorrow.
  2. Raking leaves with Marlin for a short time and my neighbor came to join us and help out.
  3. A phone call from my brother.
  4. A letter from Pat.
  5. I'm almost finished with the newsletter tonight.
  6. Seeing Rusty trying to sit still to get the leash on when he was so excited to go outside that he was quivvering all over. 
  7. Reading Leadership magazine and feeling revved up about the articles I read with great advice about prayer.
  8. Having some left over scones from yesterday.
  9. Reading my blog comments and visiting other blogs.
  10. Doing an instant message with a friend tonight.

    I love Taco salad but I don't like it left over the next day all soggy! Sounds like a great day!

    Hi, Phyllis. Nice to see you here. I didn't put all the salsa or sour cream on it. The shell it comes is gets soggy but the lettuces are still crisp and there's lots of other things that are still really good. There's cheese and onions and peppers and ripe olives and of course some meat. I'm lucky to like it any way. --Yes, it was a pretty good day.
