Our Bread
Four Loaves of Home Made Bread
After our initial bread making foray, my friend wanted to make four loaves of bread in her own kitchen. I took the yeast and my three bread pans to her place. She had one pan of her own.
When I left, my friend took a loaf of bread to Pat's husband, Dick. He was really happy to get the homemade bread. He gave her three of his wife's bread pans, so now she doesn't really have to buy bread pans, or borrow mine. She can bake bread on her own.
I love being a teacher when the results turn out like this!

at 2/27/2008 6:42:13 AM- Our bread was so good. My friend can hardly wait to make more. She know has the two lessons, the yeast, the bread pans and the other ingredients. She doesn't need (knead! haha) my help. I think that as soon as her last loaf is almost gone, there will be more bread dough rising in her big bowl. What a feeling of accomplishment it gives a person to do something like this on their own.

I cannot make bread. If I did then I would eat the entire loaf still warm with cold butter on it!!

It's looks delicious!
