Dark and Early

I'm really tired this morning but I feel great about getting so much accomplished yesterday.  I was able to get all that old wood burned up and out of the way.  We are supposed to have rain over the next few days and yesterday was a perfect day for burning stuff.  When the fire was burning high and I wanted to keep an eye on it, I worked in my little garden patch, spading and getting weeds out of it.  It's not wonder I feel a little stiff this morning.

I'm up while it's still very dark and early because it was Rusty's turn to wake me up this morning.  Desy has had to get up in the night two nights now.  She slept through last night but Rusty was doing that "horking" trick he did some months ago.  It was so close to time to rise and shine any how that there didn't seem to be much point to go back to bed.  It's really dark outside, though.
