A Test Carrot
I finally remembered to buy a bag of whole carrots, instead of baby
carrots and tonight, I put a big carrot out in the driveway in front of
the garage door. Maybe I shouldn't, but it's Christmas and it is
such a cute bunny!
I was invited to play the piano for the Christmas Eve service and I'm
so glad that I accepted. It was so good for me. A couple
from the church invited me to dinner with them at 6, kept me through
the evening with their family, and brought me home after the
service. I wouldn't have gone to the service if I had to go
alone. They helped me have a wonderful time.
A really nice thing about this evening is that for a change we didn't
have really bad weather! We usually go to the Christmas Eve
service in a snow storm and some years we've had to cancel the service
because of the heavy snow. But this year it was mild. We still
have tons of snow but it's not on the roads now and that was great.
Also, we didn't have to clean off the cars before drove them this
evening.
I wonder if the bunny will eat the carrot or if she will think it's a trick.
