Being Organized
I just read an article by Lowell C. Cooper about how leaders can keep busy but get nothing done. I liked this quote:
"Productivity arises from the purposeful organization of time, self, space, and material."
I think that really says it. If I can be organized in those four four areas, I'll be getting more done.
I learned today why I must do the "impossible" things before the morning is over. When I get back to doing things in the afternoon, I am so much less motivated than I was early in the day. However, the heat of summer takes away my energy and my motivation.

at 6/29/2005 6:51:41 PM- I think my world is about 80% organized. I like things 'neat as a pin' yet you'd never know judging by my basement and garage. They're complete overwhelming disaster areas.
And Mary Lou's cleaning her garage is no small feat! (chuckle) We were having a friendly wager a year or so ago about who had the biggest mess: her garage or my basement. She only won by a smidgeon. ;)

I am sooo organized that I forget where I organized things to...sheesh.
I am trying to do one thing a day that I have been putting off and putting off. LESLIE!!! I CLEANED MY GARAGE!! I really did!!
